1. Overview

At Thraxelliathun, we are committed to providing high-quality technical training programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to withdraw from a course. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for course withdrawals and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our training programs. By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return Policy.

This policy applies to all training courses and programs offered by Thraxelliathun, whether delivered in-person, online, or in a hybrid format.

2. Withdrawal and Refund Periods

We offer different refund options depending on when you withdraw from a course. The timing of your withdrawal request determines the refund amount you may be eligible to receive.

2.1 Full Refund Period

If you withdraw from a course more than 14 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee. The refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your withdrawal request.

To request a withdrawal during this period, you must submit a written notice via email to relations@thraxelliathun.world or through our contact form. Please include your full name, course name, and enrollment confirmation number.

2.2 Partial Refund Period

If you withdraw from a course between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a partial refund of 50 percent of the course fee. A processing fee of 50 dollars will be deducted from the refund amount.

This partial refund policy recognizes that we may have already incurred costs in preparing for your participation, including instructor scheduling, materials preparation, and administrative expenses.

2.3 No Refund Period

If you withdraw from a course less than 7 days before the scheduled start date or after the course has begun, no refund will be provided. This policy is necessary because we have committed resources and cannot fill your spot on short notice.

However, in exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or family emergency, we may consider alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

3. Course Cancellation by Thraxelliathun

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Alternatively, we may offer you the option to transfer your enrollment to another course session or a different course of equal or lesser value. If you choose to transfer to a course of lesser value, we will refund the difference.

We will notify you of any course cancellation as soon as possible, typically at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Notification will be sent to the email address you provided during enrollment.

Please note that Thraxelliathun is not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred in preparation for the course, such as travel arrangements or accommodation bookings. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you plan to travel for our training programs.

4. Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend a course on the scheduled date, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same course, subject to availability and the following conditions:

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the original course. Transfers requested with less notice may not be accommodated.

You may transfer your enrollment once without penalty. A second transfer request will incur an administrative fee of 100 dollars. Additional transfers beyond the second will not be permitted, and standard withdrawal policies will apply.

The transferred course must be completed within 12 months of the original enrollment date. After this period, your enrollment will expire, and no refund will be provided.

If the course you wish to transfer to has a higher fee than your original course, you must pay the difference before the transfer is confirmed. If the new course has a lower fee, the difference will not be refunded but may be applied as a credit toward future courses.

5. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by bank transfer or check, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or check.

Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times.

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your financial institution first, as there may be a delay in posting the refund. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at relations@thraxelliathun.world.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. If exchange rates have changed between the time of payment and the refund, any difference due to currency fluctuation is your responsibility.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Course materials that have been shipped or delivered to you, including textbooks, software licenses, and physical training materials. Once these items have been provided, they cannot be returned for a refund.

Digital course materials that have been accessed or downloaded. Once you have accessed online course content, videos, or downloadable resources, these materials are considered used and are non-refundable.

Administrative fees and processing charges that were clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment.

Certification exam fees paid to third-party certification bodies. These fees are paid directly to external organizations and are subject to their refund policies.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise that prevent you from completing a course. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider special arrangements outside of our standard policy.

To request consideration for exceptional circumstances, you must provide written documentation supporting your claim, such as a letter from a physician or other relevant documentation.

Requests based on exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team. We will respond to your request within 5 business days of receiving all necessary documentation.

Possible accommodations may include extended transfer periods, partial refunds, or course credits. However, we cannot guarantee that any particular accommodation will be granted.

8. Course Completion Requirements

To be eligible for a certificate of completion, you must attend at least 80 percent of scheduled course sessions and complete all required assignments and assessments. Failure to meet these requirements will result in non-completion status.

If you do not complete a course due to insufficient attendance or incomplete assignments, no refund will be provided. You may have the option to re-enroll in a future session at a discounted rate, subject to availability.

If you are unable to complete a course due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us to discuss possible options. We may be able to arrange for you to complete the course requirements at a later date.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding a refund or withdrawal, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication with our team.

To initiate a dispute, please send a detailed explanation of your concern to relations@thraxelliathun.world. Include your enrollment information, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting documentation.

We will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If we need additional time to investigate your concern, we will notify you of the expected timeline.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction through informal means, you may pursue other remedies available under applicable law. However, we hope to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly.

10. Changes to Course Content or Schedule

We reserve the right to make changes to course content, schedules, instructors, or delivery methods as necessary. While we strive to minimize such changes, they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If we make significant changes to a course after you have enrolled, we will notify you as soon as possible. Significant changes include changes to the course start date, duration, or delivery format.

If you are not satisfied with the changes, you may withdraw from the course and receive a full refund, provided you notify us within 7 days of being informed of the changes.

Minor changes to course content, such as updates to reflect current technology or industry practices, do not qualify for refunds. These changes are part of our commitment to providing relevant and up-to-date training.

11. Group Enrollments and Corporate Training

Special terms may apply to group enrollments and corporate training programs. If you are enrolling multiple participants or arranging customized training for your organization, please contact us to discuss specific terms and conditions.

Group enrollment agreements may include different refund and cancellation terms than those outlined in this standard Return Policy. All terms will be clearly specified in your group enrollment agreement.

For corporate training programs, cancellation and rescheduling policies will be negotiated and documented in the training agreement. These terms take precedence over this standard Return Policy.
